Responsibilities:
Based on PR Calendar, prepare a quarterly plan of Social Media activities per hotel and for the group. 70% of the posts to be prepared at hotel level and 30% to be prepared at
Group level.
Follow-up and review hotels? posts on daily basis to be compliant with brand guidelines and Social Media plan directions. Alert management should there be any content that considered provocative, racy and controversial.
Checking hotels? response to comment on Social Media to be inline with company?s direction and maintain politeness and professionalism.
Responsible for writing the content of Group?s posts and liaise to all parties concerned appropriately to ensure posting or launching are done in timely manner.
Initiate social engagement ideas, such as quiz, games, short video, etc on a quarterly basis for the hotel to execute under guidance and supervision of Digital Media Executive.
Update and check website content on a weekly basis ? including upload new content, blogs, new package, pictures, etc
Monitor the Google Analytic result and alert management team for any unusual trends.
Coordinate with SEO Consultant, Website Developer, Digital Marketing Supplier as a follow up for any new promotions, news piece, activities and any other activities that can be transform into blogs, digital ad and any other promotional activities which can increase traffic to our website either direct or organic.
Work closely with PR Agencies and direct influencers ? from making assessment of the influencers, assessment of the sponsorship, arrange their requirement, liaise with hotels, check result, re-post and other activities to maximize result of the sponsorship.
Manage partnership with other companies based on commission or discount on room or other service to increase referral traffic to our website, e.g. Credit Card companies, Wedding Planners, etc.
Work closely with Communications Manager, Graphic Designer, GDOSM to arrange a creative EDM based on Annual PR calendar. EDM to be ready one day prior to planned launching date.
Prepare EDM analysis based on Opening and Click Through rate.
Work closely with E-commerce team to prepare Digital Marketing material, such as banner ad, etc.
Assist other sections (Sales, E-Commerce, etc) to check content, pictures and link to ensure accuracy and updated information are provided to wide audience.
