We are looking for a Chef de Partie, who speaks English for Blue Lotus our plant-based learning center.
No need for previous experience in Plant-Based Cuisine as a proper training will be provided by Blue Lotus (just the willing to learn a new Speciality cuisine). To work under the Lead instructor and Thai instructor. Follow instructions from recipe and manual books. Maintain all Blue Lotus standards and procedures. Assist Instructors for preparations, mise en place and teaching.
