Job Details
รายละเอียดงาน
1. Exhibit behavior and drive that is result focused, builds loyalty, a purposeful and happy work environment and sets the standard for all Nikanti staff in guest focus and service.
2. A complete understanding of the Nikanti HR Rules & Regulations and assistance in continually developing these to current needs for attracting and retaining effective talented people within the department
3. Implement the department induction program for all new staff who must be made welcome, introduced to the team members and understand their roles and responsibilities
4. Ensure all staff have signed position agreements. Any changes must be approved by HR and GM
5. Developing, modifying to specific outlet needs and updating F&B related SOP- s. which require the GM- s approval
6. The organization, recruiting, hiring, scheduling, supervision, motivation, disciplining of all department staff and their compliance with the SOP- s
7. The training and guidance of all staff using the SOP- s and internal and external training services
8. Conduct regular performance appraisals for all department staff assisted by direct reports
9. Maintain high staff morale by arranging social activities and participation in general Nikanti activities
10. Make regular recommendations on increasing revenue and saving costs, as part of monthly financial performance review
11. Make regular recommendations on service and operational improvements, as part of monthly financial performance review
12. Develop procedures and implement training for the protection of Nikanti- s equipment, furnishings and other assets
13. Represent Nikanti favorably when on and off duty to help attract new customers
14. Department is in compliance with all government laws, regulations and permits
15. Report any malpractice which may damage the Nikanti revenue or reputation
16. As a member of the Nikanti Crisis Management Team, fully understand the Nikantis- Emergency Response Procedures
17. Record all incidents in the department log book which require review and action by GM
