- Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma.
- Ages are not over than 35 years old.
- Be able to communicate in English both spoken and written.
- Background in Restaurant and Rooftop bar minimum 2-3 years.
- Knowledge for Wine lists and Cocktails / Mocktails are preferable.
- Be able to do a cost control for food & beverages including can manage a par stock.
- Can work under a high pressure and can handle any compliances efficiently.
- Background in Comanche and PMS are preferable.
- Focus on customers both restaurant and rooftop bar.
- Be able to train all F&B skills together with Wine knowledges to all team members.
- Handle guest's inquiries such as requisition or compliance.
- Create monthly beverages promotion.
- 5 Working days a week (8 Days Off per month)
