?Minimum 5 years? experience in Revenue Management across multiple hotels
?Strong knowledge of yield and financials with extensive experience in preparing forecasts, budgets and reports
?Experience in working closely with a sales & marketing team to ensure strategies are aligned and principles are being implemented
?Proven ability to engage, inspire and drive across multiple business units and locations
?Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
?Experience and enthusiasm for managing a remote team effectively

Job scope;
-This is a senior leadership role that has accountability for all aspects of Revenue Management for Narai Hotel Company Limited. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role leads a dispersed Revenue team of ~13 employees.
-This role will create a revenue strategy that is tailored for the diverse portfolio of properties and locations within the group.
-The Group Director of Revenue will identify trends in movement of market mix, pricing, and competition to ensure we are targeting prospects and the right business mix, and develop mitigation plans.
-The role will lead forecasting across the business, develop consistent revenue measures across all businesses and lead the collation and presentation of revenue data and insights to ensure accurate budgeting.
What do we expect from Group of Revenue .
-Clear short and long term strategies in place for each business unit and property to maximize and grow rooms, bed and food & beverage revenue.
-Increase in non-rooms related revenue across portfolio
-Consistent pricing and yield management principles are developed, communicated to and used by the entire Sales, Revenue and reservations team.
-Senior leadership team have insight into performance, challenges, and revenue improvement plans for each property
-The Senior Leadership team have a complex understanding of the dynamics of the local market, demand generators, economic and consumer trends.
-Improved market share within each of the market segments in which we operate
-Individual property and group revenue targets are consistently met or exceeded
-Standardized reporting, systems and software across all business units
