To assist Restaurant Assistant Manager in delegating duties & responsibilities to service staff. Provide a friendly welcome for guests, to answer telephones, to control the flow of guest to various stations in the restaurant. Provide excellent service and good relation with guest. Handle guest complaint. Train and supervise staff to follow the F&B standards
