- At least 1 year experience in the similar position and in hotel business.
- Having Accorhotels system knowledge would be advantaged.
- Able to communicate in English
?To support the hotel?s computer system both hardware and software is fully accounted for, properly maintained and reliable.
?To ensure the physical and logical security of IT system.
?To support the purchasing request from all departments of the hotel and pass all requisitions submit to MERCURE & IBIS ERAWAN for process of purchasing.
?To attend to any problems encountered in software and hardware by all departments and solved it.
?To perform routine system as backup daily basis & update Anti-Virus.
?To ensure the network can be connecting with head office.
?To ensure all PMS access screens have been user name & password protection.
?To ensure all purchase requests and purchase orders will process on time and reconfirm with center by weekly basis.
