- Background in MICE proactive or reactive sales at a senior capacity in previous roles, is highly desirable
- Strong verbal and written English communications
- Bachelor?s Degree in Business or similar accreditation
- Proven track record of managing teams and the development of talent
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Director of Sales and Marketing or similar, and proven track record of driving results and performance

รายละเอียดงาน

- Overall responsibility for the entire Sales & - Events team within the hotel across all business segments
- Responsible for planning and managing the overall sales and business development activities of the hotel to achieve optimal occupancy, maximizing revenue and exceeding hotel profit objectives
- Survey, review and analysis of competitors, market trends, customer needs and be proactive and adapt with business intelligence
