The ideal candidate for this role should demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, fluent in English, multi-tasking skills and excellent time management. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
? Work in collaboration with the Catering Manager, F&B Manager and Deputy General Manager of Operations for the successful planning and execution of all events at the Club.
? Reporting and reaching monthly/yearly event group sales goals
? Responsible for the marketing of these events by communicating effectively to all club members and staff
? Handling event-related emails and communications from conception to the end of the event
? Promote the Club events on our social media platforms
? Attending necessary networking nights
? Promote and contact the British Community for our Club functions and events
