Qualifications:
-Thai Nationality only
-Bachelor?s Degree in Information Technology, -Computer Science or related fields
-Experience in the administration, maintenance, and support of Windows/ Mac OS
-Basic knowledge on IT network and infrastructure
-Service-minded, with good interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
-Installing, configuring and maintaining hardware, software and other IT equipment
-Maintains knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of expertise.
-Provides advice to staff, enhance their IT application usage and ability to solve IT problems by themselves.
-Provide system document in term of hardware, software, LAN/WAN i.e., computer room, floor plan diagram
-Coordinates with head quarter and take responsibility in solving problem
Windows System and Data backup & Recovery
Monitoring network and internet status in office.
-Supervises Outlook e-mail and solve problems.
Making list of computer system hardware and software
-Makes manual of use and fix problem of computer system
-Performs other duties as assigned by direct supervisor
