2. Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent
3. Work Experience in hotel not less than 3 years
4. Good understanding of financial operating systems and procedures
5. Strong influencing, inter-personal and communication skills

8. Good time management and organization skills
1. Review the daily intake of products into the hotel and ensure accurate pricing and quantity of goods received
2. Control the stores by ensuring accuracy of inventory and stock control and the pricing of good received
3. Alert Cost Controller of slow moving goods and goods nearing expiry dates to reduce waste and alter product purchasing to accommodate
4. Manage cost reporting on a weekly basis
5. Ensure spot checks and accurate counts of assets and inventory
6. Work with accuracy
7. Recommend improvements to process
8. Execute on tasks/requests as instructed by the Chief Accountant and/or General Manager
