-Bachelor?s Degree or higher in related field.
Experience in Hotel/Tourism/ Hospitality industry and familiar with Loyalty program.
-Ideas driven individual.
-2-3 years? experience working in the same position
-Be accurate and well organized
-Team player and self-motivated
-Excellent English communications skills
-Assist and support division related loyalty program works including plan and execute marketing activities, EDMs, collaterals, strategic incentive program and reports.
-Support supervisor in day to day operations related marketing and loyalty program functions; including decision-making responsibilities to enforce and ensure that all BWI policies, procedures and accounting controls are administered and maintained.
-Plans and implements marketing programs in consultation with supervisor to increase membership and revenue growth and retention.
-Provides customer service by responding to basic reservation requests and customer inquiries/requests.
-Responsible to the regular review, update, train and implementation of Best Western Rewards ? Loyalty program.
-Investigate and resolve complex problems and disputes received from hotel members, international affiliates and guest members relating to marketing and loyalty program
-Recommend the solutions and strategies to further improve the performance.
-Provide accurate monthly Asia Revenue Report
