- Male or female with age doesn't exceed 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any fields with a good command of English
- Experience 3-5 years with reservation roles in the hotel industry
- Background in Amadeus and other reservation software is a plus
- Having a background in eCommerce is a plus
- Excellent communication and well-organized
- Overseeing a daily internal rate of three hotel properties on online platforms
- Follow up on the day to day reservation tasks
- Handling all reservation requests, changes and cancellations according to company policies accurately and in a timely manner
- Preparing daily reports of reservation and manage other administrative requests and operative tasks
- Working in cooperation with internal teams of Front Office, Sales and, etc, to achieve customers the right outcome
- Perform other reservation tasks to be assigned
