Responsible for the maintenance of all POMEC. Assists the management and coordination all maintenance & engineering works to achieve the maximum efficiency as required by the hotel. Manages the improvement for repairs & preventive maintenance projects/building effectively and coordinating all tasks in advance. Ensures all methods, materials and practices are in accordance with local codes.
