1.Male or female, Thai Nationality.
2.Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Development or any related fields
3.At least 5 years- experience in Sales of Service Residence is a plus.
4.Good of English both speaking and writing.
5.Pleasant personality, excellent organizational, presentation and communication skill.
1.Development of new business from direct sales ie. Walk-ins, telephone enquiries according to coverage areas.
2.Perform sales blitzing as planned.
3.Submit weekly sales call plan/report and forecasted sales on time.
4.Responsible for keeping account management record up to date.
5.To reply to enquiry on time and be attentive to customers request.
6.Follow-up with corporate clients on renewal of leases.
7.Liaison effectively with respective departments staff eg. Reservation, guest service officer, housekeeping and maintenance.
8.Feedback on client- s experience and competitor- s activities and market trends.
9.Attend daily/weekly/monthly sales meeting and other related meeting as when required.
10.Assist accounts in collection of overdue payments, security deposits and overdue rental.
11.Responsible for updating and maintaining mailing list
12.To take charge of guest services program on rotation basis.
13.Perform any other duties that may be delegated from time to time.
14.Must be actively involved for in house activities and present positive attitude.
