Requirements:
1.Degree with at least 1-year experience in events planning, partnerships curation and social media marketing. OR Diploma with at least 2-3 years in events planning, partnerships curation and social media marketing.
2.Supervisory experience/small team management will be good but not a must.
3.Marketing and/or events experience preferred
4.Highly creative and able to formulate a unique vision for our communities and residents
5.Keen attention to detail along with strong organizational and project management skills.
6.Familiar with social media marketing, SEO, SEM
7.Photo and video editing skills a plus
8.Results driven with an ability to execute independently
9.Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills, preferably in both English and a local language
10.Exceptional organization skills and multi-tasking skills
11.Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit. At property, each employee will be given significant responsibility and autonomy. 12.Able to work on weekends for community events if required
The Community Manager is the creative mind (and hands) at lyf. He/she plays a key role in translating lyf?s core values into social experiences for the residents, and building community through partnerships with local influencers, organisations, and businesses. The Community Manager is responsible for maintaining the property?s social media channels/presence. From managing the marketing channels to curating tie-ups and events, the Community Manager will enjoy working in a fast-paced, global organization with key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
Community Management and Events
1.Work with Guest Service to host, produce, and execute events that effectively drive awareness and leads for our community and locations (including launch events, conference presence/sponsorships, pop-ups, field activations, etc.)
2.Create relevant pre and post-event marketing content to generate hype and drive participation for the events, including posters, EDMs, social media posts, articles etc.
3.Build and manage events strategy and creative development, including budgeting, processes, programming, and working with internal and external partners
4.Create a network of partnerships with relevant merchants (e.g. F&B, retail, festivals, art, design, tech, crafts, concerts, sports) to get special rates/preferred access for residents and guests
5.Serve as liaison for community/building-level event leads and manage execution
6.Serve as HQ liaison for special events in the region
7.May need to serve as City liaison for events happening in the city
8.Develop and manage events-related partnership (e.g. F&B, programming, etc.)
9.Evaluate post-event ROI, in coordination with Residence Manager and/or Corporate team
10.Curate and plan calendar of promotional events for guests and residents ? there should be at least one event at the property every week
11.Budget and curate at least 4 city wide events every year
Marketing
1.Coordinate with corporate team on social media posts and country tactical campaigns
2.Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
3.Keep abreast of latest digital marketing trends.
