1. Process guest arrivals and departures, including all necessary payments in a daily basis.
2. Handle & coordinate room assignments and pre-arrivals
3. Inspect rooms before guest- s arrival
4. Prepare welcome drink and cold towels
5. Coordinate and order welcome fruit , amenities for VIP, honeymooners, anniversary and birthday with F&B and housekeeping department for the next day
6. Set welcome letters, fruit and necessary amenities in room for arrival guests
7. Handle guests' concerns
8. Offer referral for services and handle requests for information: book tour, flight changing, restaurant, limousine service, tourist attraction information, postal service, etc.
9. Welcoming and greetings all the Guest and the VIP
10. Handle taking order for Room services as well as serve in room
11. Handle and store luggage when bellman is busy
12. Bookings and reservation for the same day booking or when reservation is not on duty
13. Assist with the check-in and check-out of groups and tours
14. Sending guest farewell letters after departure
15. Update guest- s profiles
16. Perform operator tasks
17. Process credit card pre-authorization cancellation
18. Assist housekeeping to clean up the room when some housekeepers are not available or expecting a lot of arrival and departure
19. Assist other departments as required such as taking order and serve guests for room service.
