- Few years experiences in Revenue Management function from Hotel business. Experience managing multiple properties a plus.
- Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PMS.
Based at Corporate Office, Sukhumvit 13
- Price Monitoring on OTAs, Brand.Com & Offline Market Segments. v/s compset.
- Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting.
- Tracking on daily reports of No Shows & Cancellations.
- Assisting the Cluster Revenue Manager on strategies adherence.
- Assisting the Cluster Revenue Manager for Groups & FIT Bookings displacements.
- Managing room inventory, individual and group blocks to maximize room revenue
