- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both Thai & English
- Able to communicate both Thai & English.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Result-oriented person.

- To ensure that HR operational policies and processes are adhered to and continually improved.
- Maintain the trust of staff, and are regarded as fair, reasonable, approachable, and honest.
- To assist in all activities, staff discipline and administration.
- Supervise and coordinate all matters of work permits and visas.
- Organizing and facilitating employee activities and training class
- Assist in communication of key messages to all staffs.
- Promote staff communication activities and channels, to encourage and enable feedback from staff.
- Maintain a positive relationship with staffs and ensure any staffs grievances are monitored and resolved.
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures
- Assist in all activities concerning the sourcing & recruitment of staff, performance management, staff discipline, and administration.
- Any task assigned by the Human Resources Manager
