- Responsible for the administration and management of all Food & Beverage outlets.?
- Responsible for guiding the Food & Beverage ?team in performing their duties and responsibilities.
- Responsible for directing the Food & Beverage team in achieving the financial goals of the department.
- Provides Management with information regarding client satisfaction and activities of competition.
- Participates in menu planning and pricing with F&B Manager and Executive Chef.
