? Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, F&B Management or other related fields.
? Age 40 years old and above.
? At least 10 years working experience in Food & Beverage or Service Industry with 5 Years in Director level
? Must be fully computer literate in Fidelio, Micros, Excel, and Opera etc.
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? Good command of English and Thai
? Planning and Budget annual year and monitor / follow annual budget plan.
? Prepare report monthly, quarterly, half year and annual report.
? Set guideline and manage all outlets
? Coordinate with other concern department to smooth all works in each event.
? Knowledge of POS system, manage and coach all team member of POS system.
? Ensure all service of outlet reach to the Company standard.
? Planning manpower, equipment, supply according to a requirement.
? Monitor all function to ensure it maintain a first class and positive visual impact including decoration and services.
? Develop an effective catering strategy to attract new & additional catering sales, in conjunction with the venue?s sector sales team.
? Ensure process efficiency in operational and develop new processes or implement improvements in existing processes.
? Develop new ideas for the process and product improvement, and ensure improvement compliance with organization's food, safety and budget standards.
