- Good English communication skills both in verbal & written.
- At least 1-2 years Front Office experience in 5 star hotel
- Knowledge in Opera system is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS office (word, excel and power point)

The Guest Relations Officer will be required to spend the time in 3 different areas (Lobby, Executive Floor and Business Center) and to provide a warm and friendly welcome for all our guests. The GRO will also be an information giver, diplomat, salesperson, hotel representative and public relations agent with the utmost politeness, efficiency and friendliness and will establish a high degree of excellence in the Business Center to both internal and external customers. Most of all aiming to continually exceed our customer expectation.
