- Assist the Assistant Manager with the daily operation of the venue, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and profit contribution.
- Must be punctual in his scheduled time to check his station, train his staff about menus and service procedures and discipline the staff.
- The Supervisor will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the Hotel?s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service quality is maintained.
