We are new ApartHotel which require experienced manager to set up the system and run the success hospitality
- Manage strategy, implementaion, in particular regarding budgets and timelines
- Advise the management on key planning issues and make recommendations on important business decisions
- Establish operation (Manual) process / process improvement and tied to long-term goals
- Develop annual budgets and capex each year according to timelines
- Ensure budget control of all expenses, drive revenues and create monthly reports
- Ensures that all guest related issues and resolved in a manner consistent with the company's goals and objectives
- Inspects and documents repairs and cleanliness of properties to ensure optimum upkeep and repair, room cleanliness and overall property appearance
- communicates all policies and procedures to team
เงินเดือน 20,000 บาท
ค่าคอม 10,000-25,000 ตามเป้า
หยุด 6 วัน/เดือน วันหยุดประจำปี อีก 13 วัน (ไม่ตรงวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์)
ลากิจ 7 วัน (หลังผ่านทดลองงานแล้ว) , ห้องพักพิเศษ ราคาพนักงาน
