Qualifications:
? Male, age 28-35 years old
? Bachelors Degree in any field
? Previous Restaurant Experience, Extensive Food and Beverage Knowledge.
? Excellent Customer Services, problem-solving, customer solution provider and result oriented.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
? Good in English and/or Chinese.
? Have a great personality and service mind.
? Good attitude, Strong leadership
? Knowledge of the Microsoft Office.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
? Preparation and cooking. Also be responsible for reviewing kitchen inventory and estimating what foods are needed.
? Oversee the storage and disposal of leftover food products, and help to make sure that the kitchen is clean.
? Develop and test new recipes of food & beverage, and maintain records of what food & beverage has been prepared and what ingredients were used.
? Manages food and product ordering by keeping detailed records and minimises waste, plus works with existing systems to improve waste reduction and manage budgetary concerns.
? Supervises all food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and restaurant standards.
? Serves as a leader in displaying outstanding services mind skills.
