Assistant Human Resource Manager

1. Minimum 1-2 years as Assistant HR Manager Role or 3 years in HR Supervisor role in hotel
2. Good Knowledge of Labour Law & Social Security Fund and related laws
3. Good skill of Employee Relations and employee benefits.
4. Good skill of Decision making with problem solving & Leadership skill
5. Activity Leader and Creativity skill which is related to our Culture
6. Good Knowledge of Security & Safety procedure and awareness
7. Good knowledge of Administration and Management skill

1. Daily overall HR Operations and also overall Security Daily Operations.
2. Handle Staff Movement & Reports and Payroll Related.
3. Leading monthly Staff Activities.
4. Employee benefits consulting and supporting such as Group Insurance, Provident Fund, Social Security and etc.
5. Staff Counseling and Punishment.
6. Monitoring and managing Security Daily operation.
7. HR Monthly Report & Administration Report.
8. Recruitment Process and Interviewing Candidates.
9. Other jobs assignment by HRM and General Manager
