ASAI Hotels, operating under the umbrella of Dusit Hotels and Resorts, is an Asian-inspired collection of hotels targeting on becoming an access point for curious millennial-minded travellers who want to experience vibrant and diverse neighbourhoods around the world like a local. ASAI Bangkok Chinatown takes up five floors above 4 floors of retail space with a total of 224 rooms, and is scheduled to open in Q1 2020.
An opportunity came up to join our small but outgoing Pre-opening Team as Revenue/ Reservations Manager. We need your expertise, motivation and willingness to learn and grow to shape this important part of our company's future.
You will:
- Be responsible for revenue plans, reports, strategies and Total Revenue Management initiatives
- Play a vital role in setting up and managing the Reservations Department including reviewing/ creating manuals, and implementing brand standards
- Lead, train and motivate the Team, ensuring highest standards and productivity
- WOW your Team and guests, and enjoy creating meaningful experiences for both of them
- Be happy to take on extra projects, create new things, enthuse others about your ideas, and assist in the property- s setup phase

You will make it to the next round if you are:
- Fluent in Thai and (close to) fluent in English - the job interview will be in English
- An experienced RM/ Assistant RM work in a medium sized 4 star property for more than 3 years
- Savvy in contemporary Reservations/ Revenue operations and computing
- Positive, creative, motivated, eager to learn, welcoming, professional, a fast learner and thinker with a sense of customer service, problem solving, responsibility and humour
- A people person, a great communicator and trainer able to build an attractive work environment and meaningful experience for staff and guests
- Experienced in Hotel Pre-Opening (would be nice but not mandatory)
