1. Bachelor Degree in related field
2. Minimum 3 ? 5 years in similar position in international hotels
3. Strong administrative skills, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. Detailed knowledge of working practices of housekeeping
5. Capable of preparing reports and presentations in English
Assists the Executive Housekeeper in directing, controlling and coordinating all housekeeping activities ensuring that the hotel?s financial and guest expectation objectives are met
o Service Charge
