- Have an experience related to bar either in a hotel or restaurant.
- Well manage and respond for staff scheduling
- Good communication in English
- Good leadership skills
- Work well under pressure
? Monitors and supervises flow of service at the assigned station/bar.
? Takes order, promote beverage specials, prepare and serve all beverages in accordance to the established standards.
? Presents guests check and follow all billing procedures.
? Participates in daily briefings and monthly communication meetings to discuss various aspects of food service and preparation.
? Ensure subordinates carry out pre-service duties.
? Ensure grooming and general appearance of staff conforms to Hotel standards
? Ensure adequate supplies of materials and requisitions for general supplies.
? Ensure all fixtures and operating equipment is in good working condition
