- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business administration, Hospitality management or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 year of work Experience in hands-on hotel revenue management.
- Procession of strong coordination. Communication analytical leadership and time management skills, and dedication to work and commitment.
- Understand the dynamics of local markets, as well as local completions and events.
-Facilitate, guide, and direct all department heads in selecting the optimal revenue opportunities for the property.
-Measure total revenue performance against strategy and targets and adapt current strategy as necessary.
-Maintain a consistent focus on improving the overall flow of Reservation operations.
