- Male or Female/ THAI citizen/ age not over 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Good command of English
- At least 3-5 years'experience in Restaurant and Bar or quick serviced restaurants
- Having knowledge of the audio system, food costing , stock management, and ordering fresh market
- Able to push sales, please customers and increase traffic volume
- Able to handle team members: manpower, holiday, day-off, absence, etc
- Excellent in interpersonal communication skills, well-organized and detail orient
- Taking care of all over functions of the restaurant and bar
- Pushing sales target and increasing traffic volume in the restaurant and bar
- Training and guiding staffs to perform tasks effectively
- Managing and scheduling staffs and job assignments
- Be involved with stock controlling, food costing and management, and area readiness and cleaning
- Delivering excellent service to customers as well as building a good relationship
