Assistant Reservation Manager

- Energetic and be creative
- Good English communication skill both written and oral
- Experienced working in a field for at least 3 years
- Experience working in upper scale hotel brand is a plus

? Support Director of Revenue / Reservation Manager for setting up and achieving set revenue targets.
? Checks and ensures that jobs assigned to the reservation team has been effectively completed in a timely manner and according to hotel?s expectation.
? Maintains an effective duty roster for the reservation team to ensure effective use of manpower in accordance to business needs.
? To continuously review technical problems, work & operational procedures to maintain guest and employee satisfaction.
