1.Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management may have done a Craft Course in Cookery from a good Institute.
2.Minimum of 4 - 5 years in F&B operations, of which at least 1 years of work experience in similar position in a 5 stars establishment.
? Under the general guidance and supervision of the Executive Chef, and within the limits of established policies and procedures, assists in overseeing and directing all aspects of the kitchen operation.
? Provides functional assistance and direction to the kitchen operation as assigned and Co-ordinates functions and activities with Food and Beverage Department.
? Interacts with individuals outside the hotel including, but not limited to, clients, suppliers, government officials, competitors and other members of the local community.
