- Experience in steward would be a plus
? Washes dirty wares through the use of dishwashing machine according to prescribed procedures.
? Removes cleaned wares from dishwashing machine and sorts them by kinds, size, designs and outlets; scrap of food residue from ware or soak stained ware with solution when necessary.
? Washes and cleans all used pots, pans and other kinds of kitchen utensils.
? Polishes silverwares, including silverwares for all functions and outlets.
? Prepares and delivers clean wares: removes stains and deposits and separates damaged items.
? Collects empty bottles from kitchen and outlets, sorts them in bottle room and places them in proper containers: stocks containers properly.
