? Responsible for all laundry and dry cleaning equipment
? Responsible to maintain external Business contacts and increase number of new business.
? Report on any deficiencies or breakdowns and recommend on possible improvements or new installations.
? Control inventories of equipments, tools such as irons, ironing boards, etc. and oversee their maintenance.
? Ensure efficient provision of dry cleaning services by overseeing the whole process and controlling quality of services provided.
? Responsible for scheduling and administering duty rosters and allocating work to subordinates.
? Provide references and resolving problems referred.
? Provide monthly report on revenue and expenses of Laundry and Dry Cleaning.
? Coordinate with all Food and Beverage and Housekeeping Department for linen inventory.
? Control weekly preventive maintenance of machinery also report one repair of maintenance requirements and follow up the completion.
