? Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration or relevant discipline.
? Minimum of 5 years in hotel management experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a midscale environment. Having a pre-opening/re-branding experience would be an asset.
? Knowledgeable and proven achievement in key hotel operations; Rooms and F&B Management experience.
? Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Thai.
? Positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel.
? Think outside the box.
? Showing towards senses of management & leadership and care to all parties.
? Possesses professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We are looking for a HOTEL MANAGER - based at a new ASAI Hotels property in Chiang Mai (Nimmmanhaemin area). Expected start date by 1st December 2019.
The Hotel Manager is to be responsible for the entire Hotel operation including Front Office, Food & Beverage/Kitchen, Housekeeping, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, Engineering and Security.
His/her scope of responsibilities are to assess and give input of any requirements and gaps of the hotel operations, service standards, financial performance to ensure the alignments are met with ASAI Hotels when the hotel is rebranded and become part of ASAI Hotels network. And continue to operate during the re-branding period to ensure the smooth operational flow and the management of the team according to the standard of ASAI Hotels.
