-At least 3 year experience in related field.
-Strong in inter-personality, leadership, and creative skill
-Proficiency in computer literate
-Strong in driving results and people management and development
-Be responsible to prepare menus under the direct supervision of the Executive Chef, taking into consideration of the following
-Control and analyze on quality levels of production and presentation.
-Operate food cost, cleanliness, sanitation, hygiene.
-Lead the team to deliver an excellent guest experience
-Provide training and development of the team
-Organize kitchen team schedule
-Be responsible for the production, preparation and presentation of all food items in areas concerned to ensure highest quality at all times.
-Check stock and products.
-Check food items prepared by subordinates and correct any mistakes immediately.
-Have knowledge of all cooking ingredients, techniques, preparation and equipment in his/her sections.
