6.Liaising with the sales teams, reception and the general manager.
7.Manage and maintain group and transient inventory controls.
8.Develop,monitor,and adjust sales and pricing strategies.
9.Provide critical analysis of strategies, room?s statistics and demand factors.
10.Conduct competitive and demand analysis.
11.Maintain distribution channel data integrity.
12.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well with co-workers and the public.
13.Attention to detail and organizational skills are a must.
14.Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
15.Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel.
16.Develops near and long term top-line rooms revenue hotel forecasts upon request from the Regional Director of Revenue Management.
17.Spearheads troubleshooting and resolution of any GDS rate loading issues as they occur.
18.Analyzes independently and determines whether hotel is effectively marketing itself across electronic distribution channels.
