? Closed month end, Double Reconciliation for Bank balance, Asset and Liability.
? Double Check month end tax.
? Double Check Stock Report, Spoilage and Transfer from Cost controller.
? Closed year end and submit to Revenue Department and Develop Business Department.
? Preparation of half year tax.
? Preparation of Year Budget, PNL, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet
? Pre-opening taskforce: Preparation of Budget, Set up of account system for new branch
? Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
? Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts
? Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
? Cost controls for restaurant.
? Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries
? Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations.
? Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
? Coordinate with POS support for set up of new promotion
? Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns.
? Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives.
