- Secondary or high school qualification.
- 6 years minimum experience in a 5 star International Deluxe Hotel Minimum of 2 years chef de Partie.
- Should be pleasant in appearance and personality.
- Must possess a basic English level.
- Must show flexibility and willingness to work.
The Chef de Partie is responsible for planning directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in the day-to-day food preparation for the Kitchen. Implementing and supervising each pantry outlet and banquet operation; and for ensuring that the product quality meets the standards set and is maintained continually.
