Marketing Communications Manager

?7-10 years of professional experience in marketing communication function with a background in hospitalities service and media / advertising agency.
?Excellent communication and presentation skills.
?Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines, multitasking and manage projects independently.
?Excellent people and cooperation skills with an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude.
?Strong technical and analytical skills.
?Strong negotiation skills and presentation skills.
?Ability to travel upcountry and aboard as assigned.
?Fluent in English both written and spoken with computer literacy.

?Writing and editing PR news, press release, brochures and other communications tools.
?Planning and developing annual PR strategy and PR activity to aligns with company objectives.
?Manage and coordinate with outsource agencies. Briefing and working with them on a regular flow.
?Liaising and answering media inquiries.
?Develop and maintain media resources, materials and programs as well as to manage relationship with outside agency firm.
?Arranging and coordinating with in-house photo and video shooting opportunities.
?Handling with media for on-spot visit, photo and video shooting arrange by media.
?Oversee all PR related jobs and working collaboratively with the team to create and manage integrated marketing strategies.
?Assist in developing revenue sources through suppliers membership, exhibits and sponsorships, events and others that create and maintain the image of the company to customers.
?Promote the company to current and potential customers through new creative and innovative campaigns or events.
?Manage team under the supervision.
?Performs other duties as assigned by management / direct supervisor.
