- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or other related field.
- Experience at least 3-4 years in banquet service in 4 - 5 star hotel.
- Organized with strong planning, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the banquet operation and high end service levels.
- Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
- Computer literate (MS Office e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Roles & Responsibilities :
The Banquet Manager responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the conference, meeting room, doctor lounge and function areas. Maximizing the service experience for the guests/customer and providing superior service.
Direct and co-ordinates all activities while providing assistance to the staff in the banquet service and catering, to ensure all established service standards and procedures are implemented consistently.
