Best Western Plus Nexen Pattaya Hotel is currently looking for Reservation and Revenue Manager
Responsibilities:
? Maintains high visibility in the surrounding community and in the hospitality community as appropriate.
? Supports Sales and Marketing Department of the hotel by creating pricing specials to encourage new client growth.
? May also participates in trade shows by setting up a booth and soliciting travel agencies.
? Follows up with each client to ensure a good experience was had.
? Uses viral marketing techniques to drive new business. This is by utilizing the emails captured through the hotel's website and using social networking sites to gather new clients.
? Demonstrates a sense of team work to help maintain the hotel's high level of service.
? Meets all deadlines and room night targets.
? Anticipates market demand factors with sales territories to capture best possible group and long-term business.
? Has a sales-minded approach toward all job functions and duties
