- Bachelor?s Degree of Science, Major : Food Microbiology, Food Biotechnology, Agricultural studies , or Biology
- Computer skills : Able to work with MS office, Outlook
- Good command English written, reading, listening and speaking
- Assisting in the implementation and
Maintenance of MUSE Food Safety Management System according to the established procedures, operational policies and controls
- To assist in the organization of training , of all food handlers participate in weekly internal FSMS Audits and in which findings are rectified with corrective actions in due course.
- To support management to facilitate improvement of the systems according to latest Safe food hygiene standards and coordinate the work of the MUSE FSMS
- Works closely with the local government and Hygiene Authorities and coordinates enforced or scheduled visits.
- Promptly Communicates Announcements from authorities on Banned or recalled products
