- A Good communication skill in English both written and spoken is required.
- Minimum 1 years experience in secretarial task.

- To assist with the Manager.
- Answering the phone, answering queries and taking messages.
- Handling correspondence.
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
- Drafting letters and other documents.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Organize and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
- Organize and coordinate meetings.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Social Media i.e LINE, WhatApp and etc.
- Perform other office duties as assigned.
