ASAI Hotels, operating under the umbrella of Dusit Hotels and Resorts, is an Asian-inspired collection of hotels targeting on becoming an access point for curious millennial-minded travellers who want to experience vibrant and diverse neighbourhoods around the world like a local. ASAI Bangkok Chinatown takes up five floors above 4 floors of retail space with a total of 224 rooms, and is scheduled to open in Q1 2020.

An opportunity came up to join our small but outgoing Pre-opening Team as Sales & Marketing Manager. We need your expertise, motivation and willingness to learn and grow to shape this important part of our company's future.

**You will:

? Be based in BKK, occasional travel is required though, and manage sales activities and events with local associations, travel agents etc. in order to maintain, increase & develop business volume for all operating departments throughout the year
? Recommend and implement special promotions for all divisions, whilst ensuring efficient coordination between advertising, sales promotions, PR and special projects
? Visit former, existing and potential clients, keep record and manage their profiles
? Assist in drawing up the annual S&M plan, define sales goals, develop working plans to achieve these goals and monitor success
? Report sales plans, market analyses and activities regularly, and deliver sales forecasts

You will make it to the next round if you are:

? Fluent in Thai and (close to) fluent in English ? the job interview will be in English
? An experienced Sales Manager who worked in a medium sized 4 star property for more than 4 years
? Savvy in contemporary Hotel Sales operations and computing
? Positive, creative, motivated, eager to learn, welcoming, professional, a fast learner and thinker with a sense of customer service, problem solving, responsibility and humour
? A people person, a great communicator and trainer able to build an attractive work environment
? Experienced in Hotel Pre-Opening (would be nice but not mandatory)
