1. Compile, analyze and communicate pick-up trends and forecasting reports.
2. Lead and follow-up on Revenue Meetings.
3. Maintain good relationship with key persons of the main OTA partners and understand their model, product, markets and be an expert for all the accounts.
4. Develop annual OTA promotion and marketing plan.
5. Practice dynamic pricing and yield management on a daily basis.
6. Communicate effectively all rate adjustments and changes according to the direction.
7. Cooperatively monitor for close-outs and stop sells communicating with reservations for action.
8. Ensure rooms, rates, packages and availability are loaded and accurate according to the direction.
9. Monitor reservations made to ensure selling rates match with OTA rates.
10. Monitor and track the competitors? rates and report any threats or opportunities, including any other indicators related to the market and the competition.
11. Monitor and manage the brand?s social media pages according to the direction.
12. Constant review and update brand presence and content according to the direction.
13. Participate in development of rate structures and budgets for hotel partners.
14. Works as a key team member with the sales & marketing team.
