? No previous restaurant experience required.
? Good communication skills to internal and external customers.
? MUST BE on the feet for most of the working hours
? Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in the predominant language(s) of our guests.
? Must have exceptional grooming habits.
? Welcomes and greets guests. Make all our guests feel comfortable and let them know that you?re there to personally take care of them.
? Informs guests of special promotions and menu changes.
? Makes recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
? Answers questions about our food, beverages and other Club Lounge amenities & services.
? Performs opening & closing duties assigned.
? Performs side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment.
? Maintains clean service areas.
? Monitors and observes guests lounge experience. Ascertain order of guests? cocktails, bottle service, and food orders are accurate. Responds promptly and courteously to any requests.
? Prepares final bill, checks for accuracy BEFORE presenting it to guest(s), accepts payment, processes credit card charges or make change (if applicable).
? Assists fellow servers as situations arise.
? Thanks each guest for their visit and invite them to return.
? Be available to fill in as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the club lounge as directed by the managers or immediate supervisors.
? Any other tasks assigned.
