Qualification
- Thai Nationality, Male or Female. Age is between 40 - 50 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in hospitality and tourism, business administration, education management and related.
- Previous 10 years of experience in Hospitality.
- Extensive hotel operations experience required.
- Self-motivated with a teamwork attitude and can work independently.
- Computer literate, internet, and hotel property management system (PMS) are required.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Has certified train the trainer course is an advantage.
- Able to work in Chiang Mai and travel to work in various regions of Thailand.

Job Summary
As corporate training manager, you will be involved in individual development plans, curriculum preparation, course presentation, organizing training activities, and supporting the team through learning and development program as well as provide advice on how best to improve team capabilities in order to achieve a quality of services and hotel standards.
