- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the area of E-Commerce/E-Distribution with a luxury 5 Star Hotel.
- System knowledge of CRS (TARS and Synxis).
- Demonstrate experience working in a high volume, high pressure environment.
- Able to deal with Department Heads in a professional manner.
- Opera knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Mainly responsible for online channels to drive quality bookings to property.
- Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve performance.
- Ensure that property information and images are up-to-date on hotel?s website in order to maintain accuracy of information available to prospective guests and bookers.
- To maintain rate parity on all channels. monitor and report on rate and availability parity are being maintained and agreements set are being adhered to; communicate any discrepancies to the Direct of Revenue Management.
